Hi Julie,
You are correct with both your identifications. The giveaway on the sparrowhawk is the square to slightly forked tail (although people need to be aware of goshawks moulting their tail as this can give a false indication), the long middle toe which is a bit more obvious when you blow the photo up, and the small head and bill.
In the second lot of photos you sent tonight the Speckled warbler is a male, told by the black eyebrow. In females it is a rusty brown.

I saw these two birds at Mulligan's Flat today.
Both are poor photos but I'm hoping they are good enough for an Id.
- Brown Goshawk or Collared Sparrowhawk? (I'm thinking immature Collared Sparrowhawk..)
- I'm thinking maybe an immature White-bellied Sea-eagle??
