We typically have 1 or 2 Pied Currawongs around our property (a few more when nestlings fledge) but 5 weeks ago 30 turned up in my GBS site, and hung around for abut 3 days, possibly attracted by some ripening grapes. This morning 29 of them flew along our Northern boundary in a loose flock. They seemed to be moving more 'with purpose'. Martin Butterfield |
