Interesting, Thank you for passing that on.  I think the quality of some of the ones available recently has been very poor.  I had an issue with a new one recently, threw it out.  Have no idea how they can retail them for less than $20!  The gas canisters seem to get ever cheaper also, hum!!!!!!.

this message is for those who own/ use 'lunchbox'-style gas cookers (the flat square ones that take a
disposable butane gas cannister).


Sales of these cookers have been suspended in NSW due to safety issues....... if you have one, dont use it and read the following:
