Saw this also, amazing!  Green woodpeckers are a bit unusual for woodpeckers in that they do a lot of food hunting on the ground, often in the middle of lawns, paddocks etc. as they like feeding on ants. Weasels are mainly ground based predators. so the two can be in the same space!
