My only thought is that there are a lot of farm dams North of the Kings Hwy and West of Lake George which might be attractive to them. I had one report of them flying intothe sewage works "from the West".

Diane Deans might have some ideas.

No whistling-ducks at Trucking Yard Lane dam nor at the Bungendore Meadows dam. I even checked the Bungendore Ponds, acting on a second-hand suggestion from Martin. Where have they gone (Martin)?
