Glad someone else is getting to see them there.
I have long been reporting a pair of Spotted Crakes exactly where you saw
one in what I call the Crace wetland to distinguish it from the deeper
Crace pond. At least onsce a month for the past 2 years or more. It is a
good place to see one but you do have to know the right spot!! Baillons
Crake and Spotless too but not for some months now.
