It is a juvenile triller.  The eye and bill are wrong for a whistler and there is a trace of the two-tone pattern on the wing. (Would have been more obvious if more wing was apparent)  There are a few about down there

Looks to me like an immature female Rufous Whistler. Evidence of some striping on the breast / throat.

Seen at Campbell Park this morning - would someone please help with the id of this bird.

I thought it might have been a juvenile female Whistler but now I'm not so sure.
