Thanks Denis for the suggestion.
The one I saw was smaller than a Chough though  and also did not have the long beak.
I’ll just have to wait for another sighting I’m afraid.

The DollarBird got the most nods, even a small swan, but I’m afraid I still do not think I yet have the answer.
The white wingtips are the sticking point at the moment.
I will just have to wait to get another sighting and report back.
