In a similar grouping of 3, yesterday at Jerrabomberra Wetlands young Eurasian Coot, young Dusky Moorhen and young Purple Swamphen could be seen at the same time – each black and fluffy. The single young coot was being offered waterweed by its parent, which dived repeatedly to get more.

Between 9:30 and 11:30 highlights were
- Choughs, Magpie Lark and Willy Wagtail all on their respective mud nests in descending order of size and altitude in the same tree
- White-browed Wood Swallow (not particularly in common) in numbers, including on nest
- A Pair of Australian Hobbys
- White-winged Trillerrs
