West Basin

Chris:  Someone else told me the West Basin plan was shelved because it would be too expensive because of Mr fluffy and the light rail.  However only a few weeks ago,  a drilling company was drilling around the edge of West Basin for soil samples and the drillers told me it was preparatory to putting in buildings.  Also the owner of the Boat Hire place told me that he has been given until the end of April to vacate the premises.  So although I’d like to believe it, I need to be convinced.
