strange emails

Good morning all,

Over the last week I have received several messages from a group calling itself the MUBIRDCLUB. The first email I think had an address in California in the USA. Does anyone know of this organisation or has received emails from them? There are two American birders I met when in California several years ago but they would have identified themselves to me before sending a message such as this. Again any overseas birding that I have taken out I am sure would have identified themselves as associated with this group. I don’t open these sort of messages and they are generally deleted.
