Geoffrey I bow to your knowledge of the legal borders of jurisdictions but unless there has been a severe warping of tectonic plates in the last 30 years Bool Lagoon is not in Victoria. Although many of the denizens of the area do "look to" Melbourne rather than Adelaide. Martin Martin Butterfield
