I took some shots of a Little Eagle over a period at Jerra Wetlands this afternoon.

I thought each time it was the same bird but now i am not sure.

This is a far shot cropped but it shows a lump at the throat area?

It was calling while flying, so i am wondering does it inflate it's throat to call? or is this a lump of some sort?
