I am being asked to sign a petition to the WA govt to bring a stop to felling of pine forests in WA (which are apparently a major food source for local CBC) and to promote plantings of alternative native vegetation to provide a new future food source for these birds.

I like to know more about these matters before signing up to the growing number of on-line petitions.

Does anyone have some more detailed knowledge of this issue please?

I can forward the petition email directly to anyone interested in reading it.

Thanks

Wayne Gregson
