I have just had a flock of approximately 60 Yellow-tailed Black Cockatoos in the area of our place at Carwoola.  8 of them - 5 + 3 - so 5 will be reported, came over my GBS site.

As I was about to report that I got an email from John Bissett to say that while visiting the area a couple of hours back an Pelican flew up from the Plain (presumably it had been dining a la carp on the Molonglo) and headed West.  John had only seen 1 here once before (2003) and in the 7 years I have been recording birds in the area we have only had two recorded in the general area of Carwoola.
