Plenty of birds around this morning - 46 species in a walk around the lake. Highlight was a night heron, the first time I've seen one at this lake, in a tree on one of the islands. Lots of darters, hundreds of coots, many groups of red-rumped parrots. Dozens of striated and brown thornbills in lakeside eucs.
