Folks
Just loaded a video I have recently put togrther of the European Red Kite (Milvus milvus) which is a close relation to the Black Kite (Milvus migrans) that we get here, esp a bit west and north of here. The Red Kites is a larger bird and more colourful. The film was taken in the hills to the west and northwest of London where these birds were reintroduced some 20+ years ago. That introduction was a spectacular success.
