Lewin's Honeyeater at ANBG

We have seen it during the beginners outing this morning. It was east of the rainforest gully (sorry I don't remember the section, but maybe someone else will).

Eventually I located one in a eucalypt about 50 metres from the Joseph Banks building, just north of the row of buildings that includes the cafe. The bird called once, the typical Lewin's machnie gun rattle, and this was the only reason I found it. It was actively foraging and appeared to be loosely associating with a mixed flock that included New Holland, White-eared and Yellow-faced Honeyeaters, Spotted Pardalotes and Brown Thornbills.
