Wandering around this area on Monday I came across a Red-kneed Dotterel on a farm dam.  Its the first recorded out here (although Black-fronted are quite common).  We also saw my first Flame Robin for the season although they have been seen elsewhere in the vicinity for a couple of weeks.  A Golden Whistler was also a seasonal first, while a female Leaden Flycatcher seemed a little late.

Yesterday I revisited the Queanbeyan STW where the highlights were 8 Freckled Duck and 2 Pink-eared duck.  The biggest surprise was the number of Pacific Black Ducks sitting in the filter beds!
