Hi Philip,
I was nearby around the same time!
At the slope near Athllon Dr cnr Learmonth Dr, I saw about 10 WTNs above me. At some moment they flew past so low at 5m above ground!
Also a Brown Goshawk was further up in the trees.
My confirmed tick w photo evidence. I did not look hard enough at Jervis Bay few years ago.
