Forwarded information: ACT Wildlife has been treating and caring for flying foxes that are injured whilst feeding on fruit on trees that are poorly netted. Come along to Commonwealth Park (near Stage 88) next Sunday evening 6 - 7.30 for informative talks by an ACT Wildlife bat carer and speakers from the Australasian Bat Society.
Partake in a fundraising BBQ to raise money for the care of injured bats and watch the flying fox fly-out. |
