A new bird has been hanging around the area of the school and shops. It's
taken me a few days to ID it since I heard the distinctive and unusual call.

Spotting is complicated by the Currawongs constantly chasing it off (and the
heat which has kept *me* inside).

I managed to find it this evening high in a gum tree eating a catch near the
shops underpass (Burrinjuck Cres). It was too dark for photography.
