Sandpiper at McKeller

Twice with morning I accidentally flushed a sandpiper here at McKeller Ponds, the south side of the one closest to  Heney Close.

 

I only saw it in flight. It appeared had a streaked breast and white belly, which appeared in flight to be sharply  demarcated.

 

If anyone happens to get a better look and can positively identify it, please let me know what it is.
