31!- wow - yesterday evening we only saw 4 in that patch – relatively immobile in the heat.

There was also a Black-winged Stilt wading to the south of Cygnus.

A high count for Lathams Snipe today. 31, of which 23 were on the patch of dead reeds in front of the Cygnus hide.

 

Yesterday the teal took flight due to a Spotted Harrier, today a Peregrine.

 

East Basin – one adult Sea Eagle and one Pied Cormorant.
