As some of you will know back in May 2009 I embarked on a trip with Heritage
expeditions Which started in Auckland to Norfolk Island, thru the Solomon
Islands and on to Yokohama in Japan, along the way besides photographing
birds I also photographed Flying Fish and as pure luck would have it a Squid
propelling itself away from the bow of the ship of the Islands of Japan.
Also earlier this year I did the Western Pacific Odyssey trip again and as
some of you know I spend a lot of time standing at the bow of the Spirit Of
Enderby waiting for Petrels & Albatrosses to fly by. As there are times when
the birding is slow, my attention turns to something else other than my
lousy jokes & here are the results They are Flying Fish in all colours and
sizes, so I have decided to put up a gallery on my website and here is the
link. http://www.barraimaging.com.au/Flying-Fish/Flying-Fish

 Kindest Regards Geoff Jones
