Thanks for this - I went for a walk around part of Yerrabi Pond this afternoon and found about 8 Superb Parrots near the playground. I was lucky enough to watch an adult male feeding a fully fledged chick. I saw Superbs years ago but this is the first sighting I will have recorded.

Hi All,

Late this afternoon there were around 20 (or very possibly more) superb parrots near Yerrabi Pond.

Most were young birds and I observed 3-4 male adults, but no adult females.

They were still there getting on towards 7pm.

I observed similar numbers in the same location this time last year.

Cheers Julie
