With respect to the BRT nest, attendants to the nest were bringing food when I was watching it on Tuesday.  I noticed that there were three adults bringing food.  HANZAB says that they ”breed in simple pairs or cooperatively, in groups consisting of one female and 1-3 males”.

Yesterday, Friday, morning a rufous whistler was on a nest at CP.  She had been building the nest since last Saturday.  We did not see the male.  This morning the nest had completely disappeared.  I found a triller's nest in the same locality.  Also, the buff rumped thornbill carried a faecal sac from the its nest.  So there must be dy in it
