Thanks Geoffrey. It is good that the 02/03 nesting is recorded in CBN. While some of these records are in the COG database, none are flagged as breeding records. I will see if I can match the records up well enough to update the database records.

The nesting was 02/03  -  described in CBN March 2003 [28:1].   I have video of that successful fledging.  Jenny Bounds wrote about the influx more generally June 2003 [28:2]

Yes  -  Michael Lenz and I wrote up the ones at Campbell Pk  -  will look up the CBN reference

The Painted Honeyeaters at Uriarra are nest building. The nest was not obvious yesterday. If anyone knows of any ACT breeding records since the ones in the 1940s documented by Steve Wilson, please let me know.

 

Twice, three birds were seen.
