Went out into the park
beside my house this afternoon to see what was causing all the
ruckus, and it turned out to be a Barn Owl, being harried from
tree to tree by a posse consisting of virtually every bird in the
neighbourhood, from peewees to ravens and everything in between,
with the currawongs doing most of the heavy lifting as usual.
Owl last seen heading east towards Lake Ginninderra, with retinue.
