Years ago when I was able to walk on Isaacs Ridge from the Buntine Crescent entrance regularly yellow robins were quite common.

I went for a walk at Isaacs Ridge on Tuesday evening and saw/heard all the usual birds, but one unusual call in a gully was a Yellow Robin. I've only seen Yellow Robins previously around the ACT in reasonably undamaged and dense forest. There was plenty of shrubbery in the gully where the bird was calling, but it was still a surprise to me.
