Over the last 3 weeks (actually 3 Wednesday mornings that I have been there) I have watched a pair of Wedge-tailed Eagles flying over the hill, opposite the Murrumbidgee country club golf course on Kambah Pool road. Last week doing display flights. I suspect they may be nesting there or contemplating it (but I have seen no more of relevance than that). I wonder if anyone is interested to explore or can offer any comments as to estimate of likelihood of finding something. I have years ago seen a nest with young on Bullen range only a few km from there but that was far more remote.
