Hi Kym,

 

If the eggs are pink-ish then it is probably a honeyeater, possibly a White-plumed or Eastern Spinebill, and if blue-ish then Silvereye is a possibility.

Took this a couple weeks ago it is in a neighboring garden,  appears to have eggs in it,  I have not seen a bird there, but no living there hard to keep a constant eye on it

 

Any help appreciated
