The Field Naturalists have Trish Macdonald as guest speaker at their meeting on Thursday 3rd October at 7.30pm. Her topic:  Macquarie Island.
"Trish was Station Leader at Macquarie Island for the year 2011-2012. Macquarie Island is a wildlife paradise, one of the few tiny landfalls in the Great Southern Ocean. Trish will talk about the island, its wildlife and the people who live and work there."
Gould Seminar Room, Building 116, Daley Road, ANU.   All welcome.  There's no charge. We do hold an informal no-obligation-raffle with multiple prizes. (pre-loved Books, unwanted gifts and home-grown plants)
