This is a request for information about 2013 raptor breeding for the purposes of Jerry Olsen’s ongoing records.  Of particular interest are records for the threatened Little Eagle population.  We have one report of possible nesting by one of last year’s pairs.  Possible nesting may be indicated by courtship behaviour or a pair being seen repeatedly in or circling low over the same tall tree(s), even if no nest is visible.  One of our group will check out any reports.

Other large raptors are also of interest.  There is the one report of a Whistling Kite nest at Mulligans and updates of the progress of that will be appreciated.  Please send any relevant  info to me or Jerry.
