Hi everyone,

I saw a waterbird at Lake Burley Griffin about 530pm Saturday, which I've only just had a chance to look up. I'm almost certain it was a nankeen night heron. Just wondering if anyone else has seen them around there before? It was sitting on a low branch by the water's edge, around the peninsula from Regatta Point, near the boat hire shed.
