My seeing this is close to Dennis. House Sparrow as it is likely anyway, as the size, feet, tail & wing shape fit, there is enough brown colour pattern to suggest it. Most other passerines with notched tails of that size are honeyeaters, which would show more colour. But for what it is worth, I think it is a male House Sparrow, as it does show the dark throat patch which a female doesn't have, also a lot of the head is grey.
