Hi,

It must be getting very dry in the bush, I have never had so many Striated Thornbills visit the bird bath as I have at present.  Over a 5 minute period I recorded 7 Striated Thornbill, 2 Eastern Spinebill, 1 Spotted Pardalote, 2 Silvereyes, 2 Brown Thornbill, 2 Golden Whistlers, 1 Grey Fantail, 6 House Sparrows, 8 Red-browed Finch, 1 White-browed Scrubwren and 4 Superb Fairy-wren but as yet no partridge or geese-a-laying.  Although I have 4 resident Weebills I have never seen them near the water.

Chris
