Masked Lapwings on a roof

At the local primary school here in Canberra I have noticed that a apir of Masked Lapwings frequenly the flat roof of the main, one-story building. I guess they avoid the kids that way.
 
Does anyone have any infroamtion about Masked Lapwings actually nesting on flat roofs?
