Not being certain that I'd be able to make the distance of the WW today Frances and I went for a stroll round West Belconnen Pond this morning. The highlight was seeing 1 Freckled Duck in clear view. I wrote 24 species in total which was quite pleasing. The large flock of Little Black Cormorants seem to have vacuumed up all the fish in the Pond and moved on while the number of Great Egrets had dropped from 9 to 0.
