Thanks to all who have responded to my email about the damage that currawongs 
have done to our lawn.  The damage to our lawn is so bad, whole tufts of grass 
pulled up, over the whole area, that we will have to get rid of it.
We will replace it either with gravel, not what I want, or artificial lawn, no 
doubt at great expense.  Not really keen on that either
