I have also noticed aggression by Little Corellas. Of course it is always hard to tell aggression from play. Perhaps the Corella just wanted to play?

I sometimes wonder whether Little Corellas will eventually displace Sulphur-crested Cockatoos.
At least some of the time they spend feeding in the same trees. Yesterday afternoon, while photographing the reddish-tinted Sulphur-crested Cockatoo I observed a Little Corella and a Sulphur-crested Cockatoo feeding on the same branch. The Little Corella moved towards the Sulphur-crested, lunged at it, causing the Sulphur-crested to fly away. The Little Corella then moved into the place formerly occupied by the Sulphur-crested Cockatoo.
