The below deceased female P Button-quail flew into a window at a friend’s house in Hawkesbury Crescent Farrer, 3 weeks ago. It was discarded before I could suggest it be sent to the Halls of Science. I could suggest they are seasonally on the move, but it could have been flushed out of the Farrer Ridge reserve by a dog or jogger.
