Thanks Matt.

I was also out at Jerra this morning but didn't see the bird.

Hi All (particularly Marnix and Barbara)

Attached is the picture of the Azure Kingfisher seen at Fulica hide on Thursday morning, its perching location, and the unusual bird report form.  The picture of the bird itself has been significantly "blown up" and had brightness, contrast adjusted etc due to the camera/lens setup being inadequate to take a decent picture.  You should still be able to see the orange and blue colouring.  Additionally, Julian Teh and I went out there this morning to look for the bird, but did not see it.

Matt.

Hi Matt

Would you mind sending me those blurry photos you mentioned. I'm keen to see an Azure Kingfisher in the ACT.

Thanks
