Quite a different feel at the southern end of Kellys with the removal of the fence, as well as the star pickets from the ex-pond.  The dark male LE was still at its station in the ravaged radiata for much of the morning and the Spotted Harrier was soaring high over the flats.  If you see the below profile do NOT report it as a Little Eagle, although, having said that, I have snuck one in there just to keep you on your toes.
