Low flying Harrier

Could this one in the photo be the same one that Marnix mentioned, as in do the times and places match up for a rather slow flying bird (or show it to not be the same one).

Taken today so low only about 3 meters above the road, along the cotter road

This evening by the large dam at Mulligans Flat an adult Spotted Harrier made itself at home for the half an hour I stayed to watch. Between 6:30 and 7:00 the bird hawked low over the grassland between the dam wall and Horse Park Drive offering great views.
