This evening by the large dam at Mulligans Flat an adult Spotted Harrier made
itself at home for the half an hour I stayed to watch. Between 6:30 and 7:00
the bird hawked low over the grassland between the dam wall and Horse Park
Drive offering great views.

The two Whistling Kites were present perched in the dead timber and calling
while a Wedge-tailed Eagle flew over briefly.

I also counted 6 Red-kneed Dotterels and 1 Latham's Snipe.
