In case you haven't yet read the Feb Gang-gang, the outing from Pine Island that had to be cancelled because of extreme weather conditions in mid-January will now be held this Saturday morning, 9 February. Details are:
Meet Nigel Zhou at 7:30am, at Pine Island North car park), then car shuffle to Town Centre Sports Club car park. Then we will walk from there through the reserve down to the river, then walk along the track by the river to Pine Island North. It is a 2.5km to 3km easy walk. It was very easy to see Dollarbird, Rainbow Bee-eater, Dusky Woodswallow on this walk last year, and sometimes White-winged Triller.
