For those of you who heard Stuart Harris's talk on Peacock Spiders at a COG meeting last year, I'm sure you will find this email posted on birding-aus to be fascinating.  The video is quite amazing.

While this is not about birds, this brilliant little Australian spider is probably part of the diet of several species of Sydney birds. Some great video footage accompanies the piece.
