Some very confiding Gang-Gangs were feeding this morning in the Hawthorns planted as street trees in Tennyson Crescent in Forrest. One of the males was displaying a considerable degree of ambidexterity - he was using his right foot both for perching and for holding a small branch that he had snipped off, while feeding himself with the left foot. Periodically he would he would reach down to grab the branch with his beak and transfer some more fruits to his left foot for eating.
