A female with greatly overgrown upper mandible at our place this morning.

Apart from the beak (which was making it difficult for her to eat wattle seeds
from pods along with her companions), she had no other symptoms of beak and
feather disease and seemed perfectly healthy, so perhaps it was just an injury
to her beak that caused the overgrowth.
